At St. Margaret School we recognize how important it is to establish a strong literary foundation for our students. Within our classroom we celebrate literacy within our structured Reading and Writing Workshops. As students participate within each of these workshops they are immersed in the reading strategies and skills that are a best fit for them. Differentiated literary instruction is imperative and essential to our classroom!
Math
St. Margaret School uses the Big Ideas Mathematics series. This series allows each student to learn and practice mathematics skills that are essential for future learning.

Social Studies
Throughout our studies in Social Studies we take a closer look at our local community.
Science
Within our Science unit we are teaching students to observe and analyze the world around us. Making observations and drawing hypothesis are a few of the primary lessons that are introduced to our students. We are excited to be using our chromebooks to access our digital student textbook.
